These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Dycaoc website and services. By visiting or using https://dycaoc.com, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website.
Who can use the site
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your state, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. If you use it on behalf of another person or an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
Products, prices and payment
Everything offered by Dycaoc is subject to availability. Descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability can change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are for illustration. We aim for accuracy, but small differences in color, size or appearance can occur because of screen differences, manufacturing processes or other factors.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes are collected where the law requires.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We may correct pricing errors, typos or inaccuracies; if one affects your order, the order may be canceled and any payment received will be refunded.
Orders
Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. Dycaoc may refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion. Reasons can include, among others:
- Not enough inventory
- Payment authorization failures
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing or listing errors
- Shipping restrictions
If we can't fulfill your order, we'll let you know using the contact details you gave at checkout.
To ask for a change or cancellation, email support@dycaoc.com within 1 hour of ordering. After that, your order may already be packed and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If we approve a cancellation, any eligible refund goes back to your original payment method.
Shipping and returns
Dycaoc ships only to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are given for convenience and are not guaranteed; delays can happen for reasons outside our reasonable control, such as:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Other unexpected circumstances

Intellectual property
All content on the Dycaoc website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, site design, software and digital content, is owned by or licensed to Dycaoc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish or otherwise use any of it without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or related services
- Upload malware, harmful code or other malicious content
- Interfere with the site's functionality, security or operation
- Copy, scrape, reproduce or extract site content without authorization

We don't guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dycaoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dyc Aoc LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the website
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your infringement of third-party rights
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Dyc Aoc LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute comes up, both sides agree to first try to settle it through informal negotiation. If that doesn't work, the parties agree to binding arbitration where the law permits, without stopping either side from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court where allowed.
Changes to these Terms
Dycaoc may update or change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the website, and continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the updated Terms.
United States only
Dycaoc sells and ships products only within the United States. Orders asking for delivery outside the United States are not accepted, and these Terms apply only to customers using the site and buying products for use within the United States.
