Shipping Policy
The short version
- We ship to US addresses only, from warehouses inside the United States.
- Standard Shipping: flat $5.99, or free on orders over $75.
- Expect your order 5–11 business days after you place it.

Where we ship from and to
Every Dycaoc order leaves from a warehouse located in the United States. Delivery is available to addresses within the United States only; we don't offer shipping to other countries.
Getting your order ready
Before anything ships, we process it. Our handling time is 1–3 business days.
We count business days as Monday through Friday, not including US public holidays. Once your package is packed and handed to the carrier, it moves into the delivery stage.
How it travels
We offer one shipping option: Standard Shipping. Depending on where it's going and our operational needs, your package is carried by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

The rate is worked out from your order total at checkout.
When it arrives
Plan on 5–11 business days from the day you order. That window already covers both handling and the trip itself; it isn't added on top of the handling time.
After your order ships, transit usually takes 4–8 business days.
We do our best to hit these windows, but delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Things that can occasionally slow a package down include:
- Delays on the carrier's side
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Other unexpected circumstances

Changing an order and tracking it
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@dycaoc.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may already be packed and we may not be able to make changes.
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. You can also check its status any time on our Track Order page with your order number. Hang on to your tracking number until the package is in your hands.
